Ordered a pair of Fist gloves as a gift for my partner from the online store before Christmas and was sent the wrong ones. The store no longer had the gloves I ordered in stock so they offered to send out another pair that my partner would like. After responding to the offer, I have since not received a response from BMX Store Online, even after attempting to follow up twice. Tried to go the store’s physical address just after 4pm, which is within the advertised store hours, but the store was closed up and looked abandoned. Place doesn’t have a sign outside to indicate it’s even a BMX Store, so it was a little confusing. Not sure if it’s just an online store and this is their warehouse, or if they actually have a store front at this location. Phone line just went busy when I tried calling.
Went there for the first time today. Old school customer service like you dont see anywhere else. Very highly recommend to anyone thinking about going here. 100% will be back.
