Needed parts, again, for daughter's 15 Mini Cooper. Chatted through text to Teddy, he was great. I supplied the vin as requested, also sent pictures. He fed me the part numbers to order and i added directly to my cart. They arrived fast and were perfect fit for the car. Wonderful service, support and people. Highly recommend if you need parts for a mini.
When sending emails to customers, it’s professional To address the email to the customer or at the very least provide your name at the end of the email. Communication with this company was not professional in my opinion. I ordered 2 items and they sent one. I contacted them and they sent the second one and immediately, which I appreciated. Update of 3-4-2025 Order placed on Feb 5 2015 Send it on 2 the boxes Last box delivered Feb 21 2025 damage out of the box, contact the vendor over email and calls before calling the credit card, never heard back. Call the credit card to dispute March 4 2025 And BMWPartHub contacted me right a way after the dispute, back and forth on chat emails. Finally they send a replacement cross bars. To have an update order after a week of placing an order. They never pick up the phone, no set up to leave voice messages, they ignore my emails, starting to think I did place an order on spam website. Time to call my credit card. Update Feb 20 2024 : Got a call from Anthony after this review was posted. One package got delivered on Feb 19th 2024 of 2 was send it. The One with the cross bars haven’t been delivered after 2 weeks of placed order.
