Jared, who is an assistant manager in parts was super professional, calm, collective, he was thorough with his job & very knowledgeable on what I needed. He’s a walking encyclopedia, glad he’s a part of BMW!! He has a lot of integrity & his work speaks for itself.
I ordered a thermostat, but I was hesitant because I’m not very experienced and I’m doing the repair myself. I reached out to ask about their return policy, and they responded quickly. Shortly after, they followed up to let me know that the thermostat is an electrical part and is not returnable, and asked if I still wanted to proceed with the order. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism — that kind of ethical customer service is rare these days — and I wanted to leave a review to recognize it.
They sent the wrong coils (my order was correct) still pending resolution through paypal
I placed my 1st order with this company and received my part within a few days. There was no problem with the part I received.
I strongly advise against buying from this company. I ordered some parts, and just two days later, they canceled the order. It’s now been nearly two months, and I still haven’t received a refund. They claimed they never received the funds, but my bank confirmed that the money was pulled from my account and sent to them.
