The receptionist was unhelpful and rude. On March 2nd, I called twice to ask a basic question — whether they could reset my engine oil light since I changed my engine oil at a third party. She said she didn’t know and transferred me to service department, but no one answered. I also left a voicemail and never received a callback, so I called a 2nd time and she transferred me again. Again, no answer nor callback. I called one last time and she specifically said "What do you want me to do?" I found this response unprofessional... read more
