Called to make an appointment regarding my BMW's check engine light. The woman on the phone doesn't like questions and is clearly immature and ignorant. She was very rude and spoke down her nose to me. Very condescending. Good service starts with treating your customers right, good communication, giving them straight talk and answering questions. Major fail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BMW TECH, INC.
