I had been dealing with BMW Sydney through my work cars and had formed a good relationship with their service team. I was already impressed with the modern showroom and facilities including the waiting area with free barista coffee and snacks. my windshield became extremely difficult to see through while driving. The wipers appeared to smear an oily residue across the glass, creating severe glare and reflection from street lights and surrounding vehicles. Visibility became so poor that I could barely distinguish lane markings or road conditions. The situation was extremely dangerous and nearly resulted in an accident.

I had the misfortune of having my Mini Cooper serviced here today. They expect you to just throw your money at them with zero explanation of what is being done to the car. When I asked questions, for example about the package deals on the website or the oil change which is due, I am treated as an annoyance and told the oil is not due. I return to request the oil change since the car has driven over 8000km since the last service. Very nice and place to have a coffee if you have time. One piece of advice if dropping your car off for a service etc, come in the entry off Barcom Ave as otherwise its much more difficult to approach the service desk. The have a valet system and will park your car for you.
