‘went to syd bmw to get an evaluation on my m3 to trade in and upgrade to x5m, was greeted by a man with braces, believe his name was Sydney, he was super helpful, walked us through the showroom and answered a ton of questions. he then pointed us to sales and i spoke with Raymond and some rude asian man. they offered me a laughing figure of 85k, so went to mercedes Alexandria and they offered me 110k. if it weren’t for Sydney i would’ve rated this place a 0.’
Visited BMW Sydney today to check out their electric SUVs and had a really great experience. The ladies at reception were lovely and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, patient and happy to answer all our questions. We had our three kids with us and the staff were so good with them too, which we really appreciated. Beautiful showroom with a great range of cars. Definitely worth a visit if you’re thinking about buying a BMW.
Just visited BMW Rushcutters Bay in a panic requiring some urgent help in connecting my wifes iPhone to her BMW. Along comes Ashley and carmly sorts out the issue and I leave much more relaxed. So big shout out to Ashley - not customer service but customer delight. Thank you Ashley. PS Whoever is her boss give her a raise - David
