I experienced a complete collapse in customer service standards to what I have experienced over the years of being a loyal customer. Booked the car in for the faulty engine automatic cut-off when stopped to be fixed, as well as a programmed service. I get a text to say that ‘we’ve found the taillight has failed internally and needs to be replaced at a cost to you of $1098. I said it was working fine when I dropped it off.
