We’ve been coming to BMW of West St Louis for a few years on multiple vehicles. Their service department is fast, friendly and transparent. I appreciate all the advisors, specifically calling out Ibrahim. Every time I work with him, he makes sure we get A+ service and answers any questions we may have professionally. If you have a BMW and want to keep it at top performance, this is where to have your service done!

I brought my 2025 BMW in because the brake/sensor lights came on while I was traveling, and the experience at this dealership was beyond disappointing. I explained that I was from out of state and simply needed help checking/resetting the sensors, but instead of even trying to assist, they basically told me to go back to my home state because they “couldn’t help me” unless I scheduled something THREE WEEKS in advance.
