Service was okay but very slow. Staff seemed polite but disorganized, and communication could be better. Not terrible, but not great either.
Very disappointed with service here and will not be back! Came in at 7am for oil change, tire rotation/balance, alignment, and error that popped up under warranty. I told them I was waiting. I texted and called for status updates after 3 hours of no communications, with no response. I walked up to ask and was told they were just starting the software update for the error that would take hours.
