Very disappointed with service here and will not be back! Came in at 7am for oil change, tire rotation/balance, alignment, and error that popped up under warranty. I told them I was waiting. I texted and called for status updates after 3 hours of no communications, with no response. I walked up to ask and was told they were just starting the software update for the error that would take hours. Very pleased with their service and pricing. First visit was a positive experience, so I will return with my wife BMW when it needs more work. Glad we found them.
