I’ve had great overall experiences getting my car serviced at Richmond BMW. Scheduling is simple, and they make maintenance easy with a nice lobby with Wi-Fi and shuttle service that I’ve taken to and from work. My service adviser, Josh F., and the master mechanics provide exceptional communication, sending clear video walkthroughs of my car so I can see the issues for myself. Unlike other shops that feel a little shady, Richmond BMW is trustworthy. Highly recommend!
I have used Richmond BMW (& MINI) for service for many years. I have had many of the various advisors and they have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating as possible if I have had to stop by for an unexpected issue.
Oil change went well and they gave it a road test to make sure the acceleration is tight!
