Excellent costumer service!
Efficient service
This is the most trustworthy and dependable service department I’ve ever taken my car to. Everyone is extremely helpful and the video review of my car and explanations of the work they do make me feel like I’m in good hands. I am happy to be able to take my car here and it really makes me loyal to BMW.
Every time I take my car in for service or inspection etc. the apple at play and phone is no longer connected. Each time they fail to remind me I will need to go through the steps to reconnect. I was able to connect Idrive but the apple car play I’m still not able to connect. I tried calling but they were closed for the weekend and tech support was only available M-F. It is just very frustrating. Makes me not want to take my car back in for service. Especially since I drive 2 hours to get there and I /should just get it serv... read more
