Going to BMW Service Department at BMW Southpoint has never been more pleasant. I recently visited about a week ago to have my F90 M5 diagnosed due to the engine coolant warning. The technician at the reception area is super nice and he helped topped off the coolant very quickly FOR FREE!! And I came back the next day to have the car thoroughly inspected, and thankfully no issues were found. Update: I contacted Summer per their response to my initial review. First, what a nice, pleasant person to talk to... She reviewed the recorded call when I made my appt and verified that I was told that my services would be covered by the 3yr/36K maintenance plan that comes with new BMWs; as a result of hearing that, she took on 2 actions... firstly, she's working with their corporate team to identify what can be done to ensure errors that I experienced do not happen again, and secondly, she offered to have those 2 services ... read more
Updated Comment: I would like to update my previous comment regarding PMW service. I had initially experienced some issues, but the team has since reached out, apologized, and worked to improve the service. I appreciate their efforts, and everything is now resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you for addressing my concerns.
