It's funny how things work out! I went to get an oil change on my X5; however, BMW have been asking me about trading my 2022 X5 in. I was approached by Brittany S. about trading my car in. We went over some X5's on the computer, but it appeared the X3 was in my future!!! This time I wanted a loaded X3 instead! She took me to see Shiev P., and we looked for X3's in the color I wanted. Whenever I take my car in for service I can always guarantee that JP and Andrea are going to take care of me. They are quick and efficient and they make sure that I know what’s going on through out the whole process. I really appreciate that I don’t ever have to stress when I’m bringing in my car.
