Excellent mechanical and customer service
Fantastic Gina Todisco is the best service advisor. Hope she continues as long as I’m driving.
The service department is excellent! The process was extremely quick and they went out of their way to help me with a repair that was not covered by my warranty. My loaner was ready on time and my service advisor Jorge kept me informed through the process. It was a 10/10 experience. I will be bringing my BMW here for all services moving forward.
