Came here because of the great reviews and had a terrible experience. Went in for a simple wheel and tire repair, the service advisor told me in two days my car would be done, then she disappeared for 5 days. I could not get in touch with anyone. They don't answer the phones or texts! Only after I finally got in touch with a manager did they even START working on my car. Ended up taking 6 days and countless phone calls. AVOID THIS BMW SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COST. I Literally was told from my tire insurance company that I got scammed from them. They overpriced me so I had to pay out of pocket.
I’ve had some bad experiences with other BMW dealerships but this one is amazing. when I came in for my loaner car, Angelina helped me get in and out the fastest! She had advised me the service advisor would reach out to me to go over my concerns of my vehicle and they did, the process was smooth and fast, what you expect. 10/10!
I never write reviews but I feel like I had to. This is by far the worst experience I ever had at a bmw and I won’t be back. The only reason why I went there is because it was the closest to my house. I had a flat tire but I called on Saturday and I was told that I could come the next day without making an appointment and it would be ready within the same day.
