I've ordered replacement keys for 2 different BMWs here and both times there were issues. Would you watching time and money on things that should have been checked before the keys were issued to me. They did fix the issues, but it's very frustrating to show up to your locked vehicle and the brand new key is not working.
When it comes to professionalism BMW of bloomfield is at the top. Shotout to the front desk.
