Great staff and techs. You're treated well here. Great communication.
First time BMW owner. Constant maintenance issues and a pattern of local dealers directing me to corporate and corporate directing me back to local dealers. Someone please just fix the problem. Mixed up VIN numbers, $270 just to tell me what the problem is in the first place, etc. I’ve always heard maintenance costs on BMWs were high. I can confirm they’re a high maintenance vehicle and it’s painful to deal with the costs/headaches.
