After I had returned home from the dealership, I was notified there was a missing item related to my vehicles maintenance and Shon organized home pickup and drop off of my vehicle to remedy the situation, which demonstrates the high level of service and care you can expect at BMW of Cincinnati north. I will continue to bring my car there for all maintenance needs.

Great experience getting my car serviced! They were able to drop me off at my work while my car was getting serviced! And they dropped my car back to me at work when it was completed! They even washed and vacuumed my car!!
I love BMW on Kemper road! It’s always so clean and nice! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They always seem to get you in and out in a very timely manner.
