Needed a set of front rotors for my 21 m550 because I had ordered the wrong rotors from fcp euro. I left a voicemail telling them I was on my way and would be there 5 minutes before they close to pick up the brakes. I walked through the parts door and there were the brakes I needed and an invoice ready to go! The parts specialist was a lifesaver! thank you BMW Centennial drive!
I brought my BMW for service and repairs to 7 Centennial Drive. From the beginning to the end , Adam Centauro who was my service advisor, treated me with respect and fairly. His impeccable professionalism was recognized and Adam has my most definite recommendation. Congratulations to BMW to have such a knowledgeable employee.
Very professional, not crowded like Herb Chambers BMW in Boston. Had oil change and brake fluid change. Did not try to tack on additional service, which some dealers are known to do. Reasonable pricing. And free food while waiting! Worth the 30 minute drive. If living in the area, will be back next year. Beamer good to go.
