This location has one of the best service account managers I have ever worked with - CK !! He is precise, honest, thorough, and accommodating to my needs. He always goes above and beyond, never misses a call, and finds a way to work with me on repair costs. When he takes care of my services, he makes you feel like a VIP effortlessly. Truly a signature touch. Literally one of the reasons why I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years to this location.

I've called 6-7 times throughout a day to schedule an appointment for my BMW. The recepniost was always nice and transfered calls to service advisors that never answer calls and leaving them a voicemail proved to be useless.

Review for General Manager John Pirotte and Service Manager Alex Ganey I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by General Manager John Pirotte and Service Manager Alex Ganey. Instead of listening to a customer’s concerns and trying to resolve the situation professionally, they came across as dismissive, rude, and unwilling to help.
