Very professional, not crowded like Herb Chambers BMW in Boston. Had oil change and brake fluid change. Did not try to tack on additional service, which some dealers are known to do. Reasonable pricing. And free food while waiting! Worth the 30 minute drive. If living in the area, will be back next year. Beamer good to go.

What a terrible experience. I signed up for an appointment online, when I showed up, I was told that there were no loaner vehicles. I was there for a very simple, straight forward service, so I simply took an uber to my office and figured I would do the same to come back. After not hearing from them all day, I called around 4PM. No answer. Someone called back later, announcing that they didn't actually have time to even look at my car! It was there for 8 hours and they didn't even look at it. What a disappointing experience at this location. First, ‘advisor’ Ted couldn’t have been more off putting or unwelcoming. I had to sit and wait over 15 minutes until I reminded him I was there. After rearranging my work schedule to get a recall fixed (that they kept sending reminders on), I was blatantly told I wasn’t getting a loaner vehicle after one was offered and secured a week in advance. Great experience for just regular routine maintenance. Space is beautiful and the car is clean, Coffee bar makes sitting and waiting for your car even better. Really just want to Give credit to the young woman at the desk inside, she was lovely. I didn’t get her name, but she’s super professional and incredibly helpful and she definitely deserves some kudos for that. -Bethany
