I bought a nightmare car from an in network dealer that sent it here for work. thankfully I did not leave it here long enough for them to work on it. I checked the app and the car was left outside with the keys in it. They would hang up on me every time I called. The one time I got through to them was because I called Andover street, explained the situation and told them I was actively in the car driving down. Once I got on the phone they were short and rude.

Terrible experience. The check-in staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I was told the key would be left in the vehicle for after-hours pickup, but when I arrived there was no key. I was forced to pay for multiple Uber rides and come back the next day with my spare key. Even more concerning, management seemed unaware that my vehicle was even on the property. The level of disorganization, lack of communication, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Thought they were more professional than the andover st location but was spoken to very rudely by an Alex in service, odd since he’s in a customer service facing position. I do not recommend. He let me drive off with air leaking out of my tire which I’m sure is some type of liability for Alex at BMW on centennial in Peabody. Also very odd that have almost no women working there.

Service was really fast and they worked with my 3rd party warranty seamlessly but lack of loaner was a huge disappointment. Also they need to stop pushing bent wheel repairs at every single visit.
