Recently I had an involved warranty repair that required a loaner vehicle. Dustin was my Service Advisor who made sure I had a great loaner car for 3 days. Dustin had great communication and I appreciated his friendly demeanor!
I upgraded my 2017 BMW 540i xdrive in October, 2024. I was lucky enough to get Kayla Pinto as my Client Advisor. She was professional, personable, and very patient. She insured that I had a tutorial on operating everything in my 2022 BMW 740i xdrive. Kayla also indicated I could contact her if I needed a refresher course. I had a great experience.
Amending a five star review left about a year ago. I had a service appointment last week for 10am. The consultant did the intake as usual, and we had made plans to wait and test drive another vehicle and other things. After the test drive and doing some work, I received a text (after over three hours) that said it turns out they didn’t have the staff to do service and I couldn’t be fit in.
