It's a long term review. I have been service my car here ever since 2019. I got to say this place is probably the best certified bmw service center at least in the West Coast. I will start from this con, and mention all the pro after. Absolutely great experience at BMW of Seattle! Service departments. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. Joshua was knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail of the service process. Highly recommend!
TLDR - Would not go back or refer anyone I know. Can't be trusted to do the small stuff then can you trust them to do anything? Came in to get advised on a new tire and/or wheel after hitting a pothole on the freeway. SA advised to replace tire (there was a small bubble) and would advise on wheel condition while balancing the new tire. Wheel ends up damaged (photos below) before they even take the tire off.
