We started taking our 2006 Z4 to BMW Sarnia for vehicle maintenance and repairs when we received a recall notice in 2022 and now we wouldn't take our convertible anywhere else. Steve, John and the service team are friendly, honest and reliable. Communication during our most recent service appointments included text updates with videos, allowing us to be fully informed and repairs were completed in a timely manner, as promised. We feel our Roadster is in good hands with the service at BMW Sarnia.
We purchased a 2024 bmw x2 m35i from them. Everyone involved in the sale process, detailing process and delivery process made it extremely easy and straight forward. I recently bought a car from Erik and he made the entire process so smooth from start to finish.
