Incredible service! I have a balance concern. There was an easy to use chair waiting for me in the waiting area. Everything was done that was needed in record time. THANKS
I had BWM Sarnia change out the winter tires to summer. My first issue is the time it took to complete the change, which required switching tires on the rims. More involved then replacement of wheels/tires already on rims but waited over 2 hours. Was supposed to take one & half hours! My big issue was the cost $260! When I questioned same was told the hourly rate is $200 per hour and the service advisor tried to justify by saying everything has gone up. Wow a little too pricey!!!
My z4 was in for brake fluid change and oil change today at Sarnia BMW. The service personnel are top notch. They take great care of their customers.
