Very Disappointing Experience I recently purchased a brand-new tailgate latch/part from BMW Richmond Hill. I paid approximately $280 for the part and installation, but unfortunately, it still does not work. I visited the dealership to pick up an extended warranty for my car. While making the payment, I casually asked about the price of a car on display behind me.
