Horrible service and experience. None of the service advisors know what they’re talking about and do not want to help. Will never return here again.
Can’t recommend Richmond Hill Service Center enough. My M340i had this annoying wobble in the front end that I couldn’t figure out. I took it to BMW Aurora first but they couldn’t really pin down what was wrong, so I ended up bringing it here. When I got to talk to Joanne, she was super nice and actually listened and took me seriously. Turned out the wheels just weren’t balanced properly, and they got it sorted. This service centre is the best. I had just come from another BMW dealer service centre which shall remain unnamed for now (Markham), where work was done which was poorly done, some service I am not even sure was done, and when I brought back for another problem, was given a quote for work which turned out to be not the problem. Best in class service from the team at BMW Richmond Hill Service. Joanne specifically goes above and beyond to ensure everything exceeds expectations. I usually request Jay as my technician since he is very experienced and always takes the time to explain what's going on. Very much recommend servicing any BMW you care about here!
Great experience at BMW Richmond Hill. Came in for a tire replacement and my Service Advisor was fantastic. The tires were ordered right away, and I was provided with a loaner car while everything was being taken care of. The process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
