This is not my first time trusting this family business with my beloved car. They do not only do the job well, but they also do it with deep expertise, knowledge and as efficiently as possible to help their customers save on service/repairs. Great work, great culture, and super helpful team.
I finally found a reputable BMW service center. These people are very reasonable. They are, first and foremost, extremely friendly and courteous. Second, they take the time to fully explain the issue. Third, their pricing is almost very reasonable (when compared to other places like BMW dealers and other inexperienced roadside shops). Within a radius of x miles, they should provide ride service to and from the customer's home (if nothing else, they should use the customer's car).
