I got a trans program error on my 1992 750il. Mickie was nice enough scan error codes free of charge and referred me to more suitable transmissions shop for further diagnosis and repair.

BEWARE. Behind the smiles and kindness this shop is: Expensive, untrustworthy, & cause more harm than they fix. My BMW required about $600 in break fixes, but they attempted to quote me $5000 in work on a car that is barely worth more than that. Taking it to the dealer would have been cheaper, and upon calling around they were roughly 4x the cost of any other place.
