Absolutely top shelf service today at BMW Regina!! We brought our Mini Cooper in for a check up and Oil Change...they washed it, and we're extremely polite and helpful...fantastic! Highly recommend this business! 👌
Terrible and shady service department.
These guys are no good , for a bmw dealership worst experience i ever had . Lost my locknut key for my car specific wheels that was perfectly labeled in a bag in the truck where it belongs , for some unknown reason they either stole or lost my key and when I called to ask them they couldnt find the key , so now I sit with the issue of not only having to replace when theres multiple different pattern sizes for these keys but I cannot remove my wheels if I get a puncture. Visiting regina from out of town and had major glitch in new 2026 X5. Dropped by Regina BMW without appt and Brandon made it a priority, expedited the fix (software patch) and had the vehicle back to me in 2 hours. Outstanding ! Thx again ....
