I am writing to share my positive experience regarding my recent car repair at your shop. The customer service I received was excellent—very polite, friendly, and helpful. In particular, Andrew made sure the entire process went very smoothly. He also ensured that I had a vehicle to use while mine was in the shop, which I greatly appreciated. I look forward to returning to your company for any future repair needs.
Worst service I’ve ever received. I’d never go back if I hadn’t pre-purchased the service package. I picked up my vehicle after they had serviced it. I specifically asked them if they had topped off the coolant and fluid. They said they had. A few days later, as I’m driving with low visibility, I try to clear my windshield only to find there’s no fluid. I check to see if the coolant has been topped off…it has not.
