Awful. do not buy from these guys. Paid for expedited shipping. They waited a few days to ship it, came late. Do not order from these crooks.
Ordered a bumper for my m5 comp november 7th. Paid around $200 for shipping just to get an email stating there will be an extra charge since its residential. Ok no problem I gave you guys a freight address ( my auto shop) only half a mile away in the same zip code. The address is updated and then a whole week or more goes by and no update , just "ready to ship" . The phone never gets answered . I have attempted to call daily for the past week. Horrible customer service. shipping delays with no updates Avoid at all costs. Their prices are cheaper than most bmw part stores , however you will be waiting forever for your parts.
