Worst customer service ever, it’s operated by call centre staff which I think are based up north somewhere. Stay far far away. I travelled 2 hours especially to get here in traffic. You will be disappointed . I do not recommend anyone coming here. Even there no own staff have no idea what is going on.

I bought a used approved 5 series estate from Park Lane. Fabulous car, terrible service. In trying to rectify a poor vehicle handover I have been systematically ignored by multiple members of the team over many months. When you email a suggestion nothing happens, when you email a question there is no response, when you circle back with a "any chance of a reply" they reply but have clearly not read your original email. Paid a deposit to Koran Galica for a car. Changed mind on purchase after deciding to go for a lease instead. BMW PARK LANE manager Mark Allen assured a refund for the amount and its been over a month nothing returned. Unprofessional behaviour from the pair ignoring emails now too. Would AVOID.
