Gloria Lisk, service adviser is always the person I request to help me with my car. She is very nice and professional. She definitely meets all my needs. BMW of Wilmington is very blessed to have her on board. I recommend people to request her to meet their BMW of Wilmington automotive needs for service advice.
Timely and efficient. Very friendly and professional when getting my service done. The only thing I would critique is to make sure to say “you’ll get a complimentary windshield wash” instead of a complimentary car wash with my service, as I was expecting the whole car… lol
Very good but tire light is on I would have thought you would have checked the tire pressure.
