My BMW X-3 showed Low Engine oil warning sign so I just pulled in to their service center in after hours and guy was very nice and added 1 Quart of Oil at no charge!!!! I am not even their regular customer. That's real litmus test of customer service!!!!
Jorge chiggia was my service advisor, he called me multiple times keeping me updated on my m340 and he got my water pump, filter, wipers, and oil change done very quickly and way ahead of schedule. 5 star service that I’ll recommend to anyone with a bmw if you bought it at their dealer or not.
Brought my X5 in for my redularly scheduled maintenance. The staff was professional and explained all the work that needed to be done and had me back on the road in a timely matter.
