I have been coming to this dealer to service my BMW's since 2021. There has never been a time where I left disappointed, however, with my most recent visit I must say the dealer, but most importantly my advisor Sam really knocked it out of the park this time. Has a schedule inspection appointment for my X3. My appointment was at 9:15AM it’s now 12:25PM and I am still at dealership. Marco was my service advisor and basically said to me we are not the best place to do inspections, sorry.
