We brought in our 2024 BMW M3 Competition for a tire alignment and repair of a scratched rim. This was our second time using this dealership for service. The process took about a week since the rim had to be shipped out for repair, which was perfectly fine with me considering they provided a loaner vehicle. I took my BMW X5 here for a simple oil change. When I got home oil was leaking in my drive way. I return to get it Repaired, and these guys charged me a $150.00 - saying that a washer was missing- something that should have been addressed right after the oil change before I eft the shop... Not only did they lose the washer during the oil change they tried to sell me front brakes that I do not need.... Do yourself a favor snd have an idea of what your car needs before you visit these guys... they clearly have signs of larceny... read more
Just purchased a new 2025 230ix Msport at Westchester BMW. My sales guy was Akil Bulls. He guided me through the process with ease and professionalism and helped me find the car with the particular specs I wanted. He’s a stand up guy and goes out of his way to be helpful and approachable. Highly recommended!
This is a great location, the receptionists are warm abd friendly, a pleasure to interact with. Alen Myrthil is an awesome sales professional, he demonstrated the ability to understand and care about customer needs. The parts department is good.
