This is a great location, the receptionists are warm abd friendly, a pleasure to interact with. Alen Myrthil is an awesome sales professional, he demonstrated the ability to understand and care about customer needs. The parts department is good.

My husband and I were here to purchase a bmw x5 competition and while we sat with the sales rep and he ran my husband’s credit and got approved the sales rep received a phone call from another sales rep that someone else wanted to purchase the same car he adamantly told his colleague that he was working on the sale now hung up the phone and gave me the numbers we were working with. I stopped by BMW of Ray Catena without an appointment after another dealership failed to diagnose my car’s issues. Sean Burton greeted me, listened carefully, and had answers the very next day.
