Norman is a amazing salesman, great service.
Don’t good to the parts department they don’t want to do there jobs and by far one of the worst bmw departments I have been to smh! Autozone as better customer service!
I didn't go to the parts department, I went to the sajes department. Very low key, if you hate the thought of stepping inside a car dealership this one is totally fine. We met with a smart salesperson (Earl) who knew his product.
Horrible service, they simply don't care and treat customers like garbage
