Exception service, always attentive to my vehicles needs and comfortable waiting area.
Just realized my inspection sticker was expired and was in the area near Bill Dodge BMW on business. Stopped in without an appointment and asked if the could squeeze me in. The service manager was extremely nice and told me they’d do it but it might take up to 1.5 hours due to other appts. OK with me. Sat in the comfy service area catching up with emails. 30 mins later it was done at no charge! This is my 5th BMW from Bill Dodge and this is why — service is exceptional!
