After locating a Mini on the website that fit our needs or wants, we made contact online. The first person online to communicate with us was very nice. However, at no time, were we told that the used car lot division refuses to negotiate pricing on any vehicle. I purchased a used Honda Accord from Valley BMW about a month and a half ago. There was a tear in the leather on the door card in the backseat passenger side. When brought up, I was initially told that it could and would be fixed since BMW has the "Best Leather Fixers for these $100k+ cars" according to my salesperson. Each visit they became more hesitant in saying it could be fixed. I was told I'd be contacted about an appointment to take the car in to get it checked out and fixed but was never contacted. Great up to the point of delivery. Took my money and left me hanging. Dealer did not get me a permanent tag even though they charged me for it. Called both salesman Jumicael and finance mgr John numerous times with no return call. Extremely disappointed!

I cannot say enough about the amazing salesperson Leticia Perez. She was super knowledgeable on the BMW product. She was super patient and allowed the process to happen without being pushy as most salespeople can be. This is our 5th BMW and we will be back when we are ready for our next upgrade. We recently purchased a car from BMW of The Woodlands. Rashail Azhar was the salesperson who contacted us immediately after we inquired about a used car onlline. He listened carefully to what we wanted and within an hour had a car to show us that fit our criteria.
