I am extremely DISPLEASED with BMW WESLEY CHAPEL. I had originally taken my car in for warranty rim/tire work. When dropping off, my service advisor asked if anything else was going on with my car? I mentioned that the SOS light had a glitch and would come on randomly as "system failure" even though system was working fine. He said that this was common and that there was a small lithium battery that probably needed to be replaced and that they would check it out. Sure enough, the battery was the issue. Best service department. Plenty BMW dealerships closer, but I'll take my car there every time.
Nick Edwards, supervisor of the service department, was so professional and kind. He helped me with an issue I had and even offered a car wash. Great customer service. I will definitely come back to this location for any future services. Thanks so much, Nick!
i never really went to the place but i called the parts department and the guy was so nice and helpful i had to leave a review. i aint bought no car here so take it as you will... the battery price was a bit high. i didn't end up buying it there. but very helpful guy in the parts dept.
