This is one of the best BMW’s service companies/dealers in Connecticut! I ALWAYS receive outstanding service from a wonderful staff! Catherine was fantastic! She did a great job helping me with my old BMW. She was extremely nice, upbeat and informative! Everyone here is pleasant, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! The communication remains outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about Hoffman BMW of Waterbury!!!
