Take your repair job somewhere else . In addition to poor repair work you get a run around to even talk to the manager he’s never there or unavailable!!

I really regret not reading these reviews before choosing AutoNation Collision Center. I was initially swayed by their recommendation as an authorized BMW repair shop, but that turned out to be a huge mistake. From the start, the service has been horrendous. I was given three different completion dates for my vehicle’s repair, and at no point did they proactively update me. Horrible customer service!!! Worst communication.
Similar to other reviews of late, this place is the ABSOLUTE worst!! Please be warned before bringing your car for repairs. You will wait weeks and weeks with no communication from them regarding the status of your vehicle. When you leave a voicemail, they will not return your calls. The GM will promise a completion date whenever you call and fail to meet the deadline. I honestly do not understand how they’re still in business. Be warned. Lastly, Autonation GM, you are a failure at your job.
