Repair time took almost 8 weeks, communication wasn't the best. Not sure if it is the insurance company fault or the body shop. Hidden fees had to pay deductible plus $1500 unexpected money before I could get my car. Stain on my seat belt. Overall my car looks good. Place was well kept. Just a headache dealing with wait time and extra fees.
8/8/ 2025 UPDATE, as I said earlier I brought my NEW BMW Z$ because a stone hit and cracked my windshield, I had made contact with Quintin who I suppose runns the place, Let me tell you , they are simply the very best at what they do, He took me on a tour of the shop, and having worked in my younger days in body shops , this was like nothing I ever seen, It was so clean that it looked like a NASA rocket building center in there , They told me 3 days and in 3 days I have my Baby back like new , Talk to Quintin, however , ever... read more
So far so good , I have a 2025 BMW Z4 with only a few thousand miles on it and a rock came out of now place and cracked my windshield, I spoke to Quintin on July 31 2025 , Quintin seems to have it under control and he ordered the OEM glass for my Z4 and I am dropping the car of this Monday morning , so far they are very professional, will keep you all updated
Take your repair job somewhere else . In addition to poor repair work you get a run around to even talk to the manager he’s never there or unavailable!!
