Picked up my car after leaving it over the weekend because of a manufacturer’s recall. Upon picking the car up I noticed the infotainment screen was damaged. I informed the manager and I was told that because they don’t know how the damaged happened they were not responsible for it. The manager stated that since no employee reported damaging the screen they were not responsible. For cars under warranty it’s a good shop, they get you in and out with a loaner fast and effortlessly. If your car is not under warranty, you have to be wealthy or dumb to have your car serviced there. The prices are crazy inflated. And as other reviewers have said they have a tendency to come up with things that are wrong if they can’t find anything. It is what it is, if you wanna pay crazy prices to maintain your BMW they have great coffee tea and smart service people. I doubt other BMW dealers have less expensive service.... read more
Misquoted me almost $3,000 gave me a 15% discount on parts which didn’t really help I would recommend driving to Orange County BMW or Ramsey for service
