Absolutely awful customer service and this is coming from someone who has purchased 5 vehicles from this location. It’s clear they work on commission and it shows. The quotes are astronomical relative to the market m and when you call them out on it they play games back forth with the pricing and still are 20-25% over what you would pay for comparable service with OEM parts at a local shop with much more reputable employees and respectful service.
These guys deserve the low rating. Rude (from the top down), complete lack of empathy and customer service skills. Take your car to any other location!

Tried to charge me 20k for a curb bump that i got taken care of for less than $1500 at local foreign specialist shop. I am currently under their seemingly useless extended platinum warranty that I’m currently trying to refund if their financial department would pick up the phone …. 0/10 can’t name a time these people actually helped instead of trying to grinch some extra dollars. Don’t bring ur car here unless you're dumb or very wealthy.
