My first experience with BMW of Sudbury was excellent. I did all the paperwork remotely, and the process was smooth and easy and my husband just went and picked up the car. However, my second experience was very different. The salesperson, Elchin, was once again super nice and helpful, but the finance process was frustrating. I had approval from my own bank, yet the finance person insisted I go through BMW instead because my bank supposedly didn’t provide the right code. Terrible service ! No point point of making an appointment! You’ll be waiting for hours !!!!!!! Everything I asked to be fixed on my car was overlooked ! Which bought me more time waiting ! Washed my car and left a puddle of water on the ground ! A complete waste of my day !
Update 5/21/2025 - Moving back to 5 from 1 star. Nothing major today. Just an oil change, but my new service advisor Jay Reynoso was professional, helpful and easy to communicate with. I hope he stays at the dealer for long time. Older post: BMW of Sudbury’s service is hit and miss. I have noticed it for years. They failed to reprogram my X7’s software when they knew there is problem with X7’s starter/auto-start/stop. BMW has recommended X7’s to be reprogrammed when they are the dealer.
