BMW of Sudbury’s service is hit and miss. I have noticed it for years. They failed to reprogram my X7’s software when they knew there is problem with X7’s starter/auto-start/stop. BMW has recommended X7’s to be reprogrammed when they are the dealer. My car was there 3 times and they didn’t even bother. I feels folks in service don’t care or not informed.
