Noah in service is very friendly, kind and professional! He was very accommodating and communication was great while my car was being serviced.

Brought my car in for service. When I first spoke to somebody when scheduling they assured me the car would be back to me the same day. When I dropped the car off the team told me again the car would be back to me that day. Then, I never heard from anybody and they all went home for the night. No idea what the status of my vehicle is. Completely unprofessional and wildly inconsiderate way to operate a service business. Will definitely not be coming back

My first time at BMW Stratham for service was great, from start to finish. Pawel did a great job communicating throughout the experience. My second visit, I worked with Andrew Webster. He was excellent with communication.

Have been going here a while now and Pawel has been great but my previous experience with Mathew was extremely bad. Very unprofessional behavior and confrontational when I raised concerns with his behavior. He didn’t give any analysis of the car after servicing and just asked to sign the papers and and said your car is outside and handed me the keys. Even proceeded to walk away and mumble harsh words when he did.
