My first time at BMW Stratham for service was great, from start to finish. Pawel did a great job communicating throughout the experience. My second visit, I worked with Andrew Webster. He was excellent with communication.
Have been going here a while now and Pawel has been great but my previous experience with Mathew was extremely bad. Very unprofessional behavior and confrontational when I raised concerns with his behavior. He didn’t give any analysis of the car after servicing and just asked to sign the papers and and said your car is outside and handed me the keys. Even proceeded to walk away and mumble harsh words when he did.
I had a great experience working with the service center during my BMW repair. They were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The service manager Adam kept me updated, and made sure everything was done right. The repair looks excellent, and I truly felt taken care of as a customer. Thank you for making what could’ve been a stressful situation smooth and easy. Highly recommend this service center!

Service department is not trustworthy. Will never go there again. Do not recommend. Highly discourage anyone from using B<W Stratham for service. To clarify, on MORE THAN ONE occasion, the service manager quoted me on the same work issues at different estimates--once even DOUBLE what they estimated just a few months prior, claiming that "the system" made an error, but I would hope someone with decades of experience knows offhand what the ballpark cost of certain very common maintenance/ repair issues are.
