Service department is not trustworthy. Will never go there again. Do not recommend. Highly discourage anyone from using B<W Stratham for service. To clarify, on MORE THAN ONE occasion, the service manager quoted me on the same work issues at different estimates--once even DOUBLE what they estimated just a few months prior, claiming that "the system" made an error, but I would hope someone with decades of experience knows offhand what the ballpark cost of certain very common maintenance/ repair issues are. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this BMW. Always wonderful service and insight from both Adam and Pawel at the service center! Very personable and accommodating staff.
Service department is not trustworthy. Will never go there again. Do not recommend.
