I was there 4 days ago from 0735am-1027am. I even waived my loaner because they said it should be quick.They performed an oil change✔️ a light bulb change 👎 and brake fluid flush that I did not sign up for. 1. I asked them to check why the brake warning was on. They told me brake pads so they changed the brake fluid. Even if I needed a brake fluid flush, I did not approve it. 2. Rear RT turn signal. I had the PLEASANT experience this morning to have service manager Cody Mullins & service advisor Chloe Pollreiz service my year old BMW X1! I have to say that during my 73 years of life this was the most amazing service experience I’ve ever had. My appointment was at 8 am but Cody cordially greeted me and started my service when I arrived at 7:30 am.
