I had the PLEASANT experience this morning to have service manager Cody Mullins & service advisor Chloe Pollreiz service my year old BMW X1! I have to say that during my 73 years of life this was the most amazing service experience I’ve ever had. My appointment was at 8 am but Cody cordially greeted me and started my service when I arrived at 7:30 am.
