It took a few tries to get this scheduled (helpful tip: DO NOT use their web interface or app), but service advisor Audrey was helpful, listened to what I did (and didn't) need, and got me out quickly. (Also a tip--don't schedule after 10 am, or you are first come first serve. I needed to wait for the car, so they got me scheduled at 8am). We bought the car new (2022 model), and this was the smoothest service appt yet. 5 stars for our service advisor!
Great experience as usual at BMW of Spokane. Their service department is top notch, with extreme attention to detail, friendly and great communication. We worked with Audrey Holmes this time, and he was a delight to work with, very transparent, and a great communicator. Wouldn’t take our BMW anywhere else. We are thankful for the opportunity to work with them.
