Always professional and timely. My service manager, Kevin, is top notch. Loved the video from the service technician explaining the services performed and what he found on his inspection.
Walked away with a BMW that fits my budget and style because Alan took the time to work out all the details that fit my lifestyle. Will Clark was my service advisor for routine maintenance. I mistakenly forgot my fob, which made me effectively late for my appt. He was gracious and professional throughout the whole process. He touched base throughout the process and recommended a service that was needed. My first experience with BMW service left me feeling well taken care of. I’ll request that Will is my trusted service person from here on out.
Elijah Eck really catered to what we were looking for in a car, and we drove in with our old one, and pretty much drove out with a brand new BMW. Great job selling us a new car, Elijah! We looked at every luxury SUV in the market the few days before meeting you, and you gave us the keys !
