Placed an online order for parts and I picked up in person. Victor and his coworker were fantastic, very friendly and personable but the star of my experience was Marcellus Duru from the service desk - I appreciate you Sir. Do not hesitate to see Marcellus and the team for your parts of servicing for your BMW, you are in safe and trusted hands.
Whats the point of having a phone in the parts department if he isn’t ever going to answer it.
Have called up here 30 times in the past two years and not once have they answered the phone
Will waste your time simply because they don’t want to work … was on hold for an hour and went to the store and they gave me the run around for about 1hr and 30minutes
