These 5 star reviews have to be fake, they cancelled my order after asking a question with no explanation why they cancelled. I never tried to cancel my order but I guess they didn't like me asking questions about the status of my order. Worst customer service i've ever experienced in my life. They wont respond to email messages, they just send you the message and that's it. I also managed to get them on the phone and the guy I spoke to sounded like he hated his life. These bad reviews are spot on, Atrocious customer service, and parts dont ship. They tell you "Parts ship same day" which is definitely not true.
Had to replace my front differential that spun my drive shaft out of orbit cracking my oil pan... Ordered everything I needed from these guys they are on point and quick delivery..My go to site
Never shipped my parts and held $1k from me for a month. After I paid TWICE. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone in the parts department either.
Placed an online order for parts and I picked up in person. Victor and his coworker were fantastic, very friendly and personable but the star of my experience was Marcellus Duru from the service desk - I appreciate you Sir.
