Absolutely horrible service. The navigation head unit failed after 12 months and their service manager wanted thousands of dollars just to inspect it. Horrible employees and would never return. Tony Vital and Diamato Jones were arrogant, dismissive and rude. Giving the BMW brand a bad name. Diminishing the brand.
Paid $980 for a checkup and new battery. The battery still drained and then they quoted me $3400 for a full fix on the problems that I had on my vehicle. I said I couldn’t pay that and that I only want the battery drainage problem, oil change contract, and tire alignment(didn’t need one but they offered it when I said that my car shakes when it hits 65 mph). They quoted me $1700 for those three things I wanted fixed. They then called and said my car was ready and the total was $3400… I didn’t fold and told them I’m only goin... read more
This is not a dealership you want to do business with. Unfortunately each individual you deal with speak the same language. It is very sad that the dealership is still open and doing business. I purchase a 2019 X3 and the vehicles was not inspected to the industry standard.
