The worst and most unprofessional BMW service center I’ve ever been to. Full of extremely rude staff who refuse to help or answer any questions. Do not go here, so many better and actually professional bmw centers out there.
Took my car for a service, the staff are just amazing and very knowledgeable
I hope they finish the work on the offices soon. It's clear the employees are miserable in the container they're in, because the customer service is appalling (bad faces, they left us the car and left, and didn't give us much information about anything). I loved the car, but I wouldn't buy it here. So sad, we're already clients, and we've had other horrible experiences here before. Even so, we keep hoping for good service, and it never fails: It always disappoints.

Brought my car in to be checked out for tire/wheel damage to be looked at and advised on my best next steps. I pull up and a bunch of guys are standing around talking and once their conversation ended someone finally walked up to me and asked if i had been helped…like it wasn’t their job to do said helping. I go inside and again, no one really seemed to know where to send me. The layout is already confusing as is, you would think you’d at least have a proper greeter and be met with to make you feel welcomed and help navigate... read more
