The service department at BMW of Sarasota is top notch. My service advisor Andrew was great to work with. When the work was finished and I picked up my vehicle it had been washed and vacuumed. I will definitely be returning for all of my service needs.
There's only one reason I ever wrote anything positive about this place... It's because they had my CAR!!! My car was at BMW almost the entire first year I had it!!! Not to mention it was at BMW UNTOUCHED FOR OVER 1 MONTH, When I got upset been asked to pick up my car to take it somewhere else they wanted to charge me over $5,000 just to get my car back that they didn't even touch at all🤬 my🫏 It went in for something so simple and cost over $16,000 and that was with my insurance company paying for most of it but that's jus... read more
Initially, there was an issue with the service advisor, Cameron, and a “supposed” miscommunication regarding the tire replacement of my tires. Subsequently, I had a conversation with Josh, who informed me that the connectivity issues with my car will persist due to incompatibility between Apple’s software updates and BMW’s software updates. He further stated that this is an ongoing issue that he addresses with customers on a regular basis. I was attending by the Service specialist Carlos, he was, explaining that my vehicle was needed a diagnostic if I approve the service of it and I said yes, he found out that the vehicle was in a guarantee to replace a part, by BMW, which the dealer in Maine and Iowa city, never mentioned it in and thy did 3 repair work on my vehicle, and they never told me about this particular problem that I was noticing in my vehicle.
