I was attending by the Service specialist Carlos, he was, explaining that my vehicle was needed a diagnostic if I approve the service of it and I said yes, he found out that the vehicle was in a guarantee to replace a part, by BMW, which the dealer in Maine and Iowa city, never mentioned it in and thy did 3 repair work on my vehicle, and they never told me about this particular problem that I was noticing in my vehicle. I'm not a big fan of having go to and pay the dealership for servicing and maintenance on my BMW, because it is expensive.. I'm not a very rich person, but when I do have to go to BMW for servicing I feel safe and I know I can trust my service advisor Carlos M he always has my back and gives me immediate updates on anything and everything having to do with my BMW! 0 stars would be ideal. Don't waste your time. They do sloppy work. There is a fundamental lack of respect and regard for your vehicle. I have had numerous sloppy oil changes and have had to waste a lot of time going back for bolts that were not tightened and oil leaks which were just messy oil changes and spilled oil on the engine. Go to st pete or Tampa and save a headache.
I bought a used 2020 Chevy Truck and the transmission was bad. I should have noticed it while test driving it, so I take responsibility for that. They did say they tested everything and it was all good…and I trusted that. It failed with in two weeks.
I've had my BMW X5 a little over a year easily 90% of that time it's been sitting at BMW being "worked on". I've had to pay out of pocket for a rental car the entire time it's been at BMW. Between the price for servicing, paying for the rental car, and missing work because of not having my vehicle to pull a trailer I could have bought another car.
