I want to give a big thank you to 3 of Mercedes benz of Sarasota best employees, in my opinion. We've been taking our Mercedes benz sprinter to Mercedes of Sarasota for years, and can't say enough about the service, and professionalism. We did have a small problem with our last service, but Scott Coyner, Jim Foulkrod, and Vincent Arcuri went above, and beyond to make things right. We drive 2 hours to Mercedes benz of Sarasota, because of the great service, and care we receive from them! Thank you again to Jim, Scott, and Vin... read more
Sara who receives calls leads with service, good energy, and a positive disposition. You can't train that.
5 stars for Cameron in the service department at BMW of Sarasota. Service was quick, reliable, and professional from start to finish. I had an oil change and microfilter replacement done, and everything was handled efficiently with great communication throughout the process. Would definitely return for future service and highly recommend asking for Cameron!
Cameron from BMW of Sarasota is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Dealing with him is always a pleasure. So I decided to give five star review. Five star for Cameron as a human being too! Thank you 👍.
