A+ for courtesy I bought my first BMW here at a great price. They do not try to convince you to buy a car or call you like you just broke up with them if you do not buy the same day. The staff are SUPER courteous and accommodating. Once your warranty expires you may want to shop around for service because the service is pricey. The CLEANEST car repair garage I have ever seen.
5 Star Dealership I bought my first new BMW from Valencia BMW. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have moved to a brand new building which is beautiful. I would recommend to anyone who wants a pleasant car buying experience.
Never again... Consider this BEFORE you buy. I purchased a BMW M6 convertable and my sister purchased me a small gift because she knew I liked the car so much. She purchased an original BMW t-shirt from the accessories store in the dealership. Nice present but it was one size too small. Valencia Bmw Has Very Poor Customer Service WARNING -DO NOT USE this dealership for service! My husband bought a certified pre-owned BMW from another dealer but decided to go to Valencia BMW for service because it was closer to home. The car had brand new tires but 2 months later, the computer indicated that the car had a flat tire so my husband took the car to Valencia BMW. Worst experience!!!! Warning! Do not use this dealership! Their response time and service department is a joke. We have had nothing but drama with this dealership and we have owned the car for 1 day. The car's radiator light came on within 24 hours of bringing the car home. We weren't even approved by the bank yet so they towed the vehicle back to bmw...Then they try to tell us it's going to cost $700 for a cracked coolant tank. A great place to buy a BMW I bought my first BMW here last summer. After a year I still love the car, but I've also been very happy with the service provided by Valencia BMW. Since this was my first BMW, I had some questions about the car after I took it home - especially with the many electronic gadgets in the dashboard. High end autos This dealership offers great service and the best prices around for BMWs and can provide service for all you foreign makes. Jeremy in the sales department was so helpful and personable that we will continue doing business with these guys for a long time!
Very helpful and friendly staff The sales representatives are very friendly and helpful, depending on who you get. Some are not that friendly. They had a great promotion on the 330i BMW and actually had it in stock.
