I dropped my vehicle off to have a parasitic draw test done and was told that i would need to leave my vehicle for multiple days but the would be contacted about a loaner vehicle option. I was never contacted about a loaner vehicle and after 4 days the parasitic draw test was never performed on my vehicle. BMW Rockville was my choice for service of my 2016 X5 for over 4 years and i will not be returning or recommending anyone to the dealership. Prompt polite kept me informed about progress didn’t advise unnecessary expenses.
I'm happy that found that place for a regular service fro my car. It is cool to have a washed car after the service.
I have used BMW of Rockville for servicing several BMW's over a number of years. They are top notch! Scott Cascone the Service Director is an absolute professional. The work is excellent and the process very well done. The highest marks!!
