I am extremely disappointed with the service at BMW of Rochester. I drove 2 hours for a scheduled appointment specifically to address a tie rod issue, which I clearly mentioned over the phone when booking. Upon arrival, they informed me that they had ‘missed’ adding the tie rod to their list and hadn’t ordered the part, making it impossible to complete the service that day. Car service is good as far as I know but good luck trying to get a hold of an advisor when you have a question. They usually underestimate your costs as well.
