My first time servicing here as I usually choose BMW Ontario, my experience with Sergio was good. I wish their communication system was more functional. I had an issue in service and they provided a more than adequate remedy. I do appreciate the quick service diagnosis compared to Ontario. So I came here today August 5, 2024 for minor service (chiefly an oil change) for my BMW 540i, which I had bought from this dealer. I had handed it to them at 11AM and when I returned they gave me my keys back and told me everything was complete. I approach my car and notice I now have an enormous crack on my windshield (very palpable). I had the best experience of a dealer so far. First time here for a bmw and they were so accommodating and friendly. Made me interested in getting another BMW here just because. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here.
I hope you guys are smart take things in your home matters they made a project out of my car and I can’t even fix it. I have not been driven my car for the last four months because they missed every thing up broke screws didn’t set the timing right axles another $4000 wow and when they mess your car up, they do not give you a warranty to fix it. They will not fix it. so enter this place at your own Risk.
I have enjoyed working with the service department at BMW Riverside. Kevin Ormes the Service manager is just great. I always get a really nice car rental when I am getting my car serviced. They are very courteous and have very professional attitudes. I went in with a problem and came away with very happy results.
