My first time servicing here as I usually choose BMW Ontario, my experience with Sergio was good. I wish their communication system was more functional. I had an issue in service and they provided a more than adequate remedy. I do appreciate the quick service diagnosis compared to Ontario. I wish their detail team would improve the cleanliness of the Loaner cars.Although I will still prefer going out of my way to Ontario for their extensive loaner car fleet. So I came here today August 5, 2024 for minor service (chiefly an oil change) for my BMW 540i, which I had bought from this dealer. I had handed it to them at 11AM and when I returned they gave me my keys back and told me everything was complete. I approach my car and notice I now have an enormous crack on my windshield (very palpable). Stacy Farmer went back to her initial pictures of the car stating that the crack wasn’t there before (obviously it wasn’t) and that they would be repairing it for me.
