Had an awful time at BMW riverside. My fiancée and I Dropped off our vehicle last Friday for a coolant flush. They had the car for about 3 hours. After receiving our car and bringing it home we noticed a very deep scratch by the gas tank. We wanted to bring the car back but we were unable to because of work, we had called twice and unfortunately no one would answer when we got transferred.
