I had a very disappointing experience recently at BMW Service Center in Riverside, specifically with my service advisor, Stacy Farmer. Communication was extremely poor, and she was not very pleasant to work with at all! My car was dropped off on Thursday evening and was not ready until next Thursday, which was fine but I would have appreciated a call to update me on the situation especially since I had left a message . Fabian was friendly and checked me in promptly when I arrived. Richard my service advisor was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and had all my information prepared before I arrived. I was offered a loaner for the day. My recall was completed same day and I was able to pick up my i5 fully washed and vacuumed. 5 star service. I will definitely recommend Richard and BMW of Riverside for all services.
Had an awful time at BMW riverside. My fiancée and I Dropped off our vehicle last Friday for a coolant flush. They had the car for about 3 hours. After receiving our car and bringing it home we noticed a very deep scratch by the gas tank. We wanted to bring the car back but we were unable to because of work, we had called twice and unfortunately no one would answer when we got transferred. The customer service is amazing at this repair center! The work is impeccable and the staff are awesome! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing collision repairs for any and all vehicle types! You won't be disappointed
