Tried calling for an update on a repair status just for them to hang up on me before I could even speak. Horrible customer service! Please folks, go with someone else if you need assistance on repairs going through insurance.
I had been through a long and stressful process with my car and insurance claim, and BMW Collision Center of Riverside was truly the best. My experience with this collision center has been nothing less than perfect! The staff made a less than idea situation with our bran new Z06 turn into a great experience. The GM Steve is a car enthusiast himself and with his vast knowledge of paint procedures they were able to correct all paint flaws and make our Z06 look amazing.!! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a job done right.
I have never been more impressed with better service and communication than this business. Antonio was excellent in making sure I was taken care of and that my car was fixed as fast as possible and fixed perfectly how it should. They made a stressful situation more peaceful knowing that I had a great team that I can count on. 10/10!!!
