On Sept. 15th, 2025, we had our vehicle detailed at BMW of Ramsey and received outstanding service from Jin Yoon. From start to finish, Jin was incredibly professional, cordial, and helpful. He took care of all the details for my full interior and exterior detailing service and assured us he'd be in touch when it was ready. What really impressed me was Jin's attention to customer satisfaction. Brought the car in with a check engine light, they replaced the ignition coils and the battery. Spark plugs were replaced a year ago. After a month, the light came up again and the drivetrain warning as well. Brought the car back, same error code, they replaced the coil and plug again, faulty parts they said, and they did the fuel system service. After just a few days, 40 miles, the check engine light is back on again...

After just a few days, the check engine light is back again...
