Factory trained technicians, OEM parts and friendly and knowledgeable staff is what makes Ramsey BMW service special. Prices are reasonable, but you could save money elsewhere, however with service specials and promotions the prices are honestly not unreasonable. They say “You get what you pay for” for a reason. Paying a little extra for original BMW parts, and techs that only work on BMWs seems worth the extra money to me. Always a pleasure dealing with BMW. Eric was great - kept me informed. And the person who greeted me when I drove in and then next day delivered the car is exceptional. A great hire - big shoutout for them.
Always a great experience!! Anna is on top of everything, always! The techs in the garage are awesome. Love the videos they send. BUT, please tell the cashier to stay off her phone when she is checking people out and have a better attitude and personality. If she doesn’t want to deal with people, she’s in the wrong job.
The service department and manager are amazing to deal with.
