The worst BMW experience with the service department. Lack of communication, rarely pick up phones, dont resolve issues, forget even asking for a loaner. Unacceptable bad customer experience with several agents, just hopelessly bad.
absolute shocking experience with service, communication and gave us car unrepaired and halve finished. Did not clear codes. Absolutely rude and far overpriced. I feel disappointed that this is a BMW service.

The service was completed in just about 1.5 hours, which was faster than I expected. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally — I’d definitely come back again.
