Very poor customer service experience. I called in advance to ask for the price of two tires and was given a quote. I then scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, Jordan Vieceli told me in a dismissive manner that they would try to finish before 4 PM because they were closing. Despite having an appointment, I waited for over three hours. I asked again for the OTR prce, but they refused to provide it. In the end, I was charged an additional $200 for labor, which was never mentioned or explained beforehand. Only service my vehicle at Bmw and Orland Park has done so much to my vehicle through extended warranty… First time my motor blew… They called me and told me my car was ready so i went and picked up the car after a month and a half…They drove up and the vehicle didnt sound rite I brought it to their attention and they assured me it was fine… Check engine came on and the car started putting 10 min after i left so i went back and they got it rite eventually… Second time I went in to fix a click noise in my driver side suspensi... read more
