Only service my vehicle at Bmw and Orland Park has done so much to my vehicle through extended warranty… First time my motor blew… They called me and told me my car was ready so i went and picked up the car after a month and a half…They drove up and the vehicle didnt sound rite I brought it to their attention and they assured me it was fine… Check engine came on and the car started putting 10 min after i left so i went back and they got it rite eventually… Second time I went in to fix a click noise in my driver side suspensi... read more
Would never come back here again. I brought my 2024 BMW M3 Competition for a noise concern. Richard my advisor didn’t even bother calling me back for an update. They weren’t able to figure out what the issue was, nor did they even recommend any maintenance services. And the cherry on top is they couldn’t even provide a complimentary wash. STAY AWAY
I took my 2020 M2C here for the first time this week, I will not be returning. In short, it seems this place is either poorly managed, totally unorganized and lacks coherency between employees OR they have more business than they can handle and can afford to be totally inconsiderate of their customers’ time, or perhaps even both are true.
