Dennis has been great to deal with. I placed an online order for 2 parts and I made the mistake on ordering one of the parts incorrectly. Dennis promptly emailed me a return label and processed my return. He also helped me to order the correct part. Great customer service and no hassle!
Once again Orland park BMW parts department helped me out, found this gem a year ago as it's a bit further away from laurel and bill jacobs dealers which are way closer to me, but their price gauging is insane, that why Orland park is my go dealer to get genuine parts! Thank you once again. Will come back and always recommend them to my friends!
